PRESQUE ISLE, ME — The Old Town/Orono Black Bears visited the Forum Thursday afternoon and blew out the host Wildcats,13-2.
Old Town/Orono led 5-0 after the first period and 12-2 after two periods. Jacob Dubay’s four goals led the winners, who improved to 7-0-1.
Colby Bonville scored his first career goal and Denny Young added the other for the Wildcats, who lost for the second time this week at home and fell to 3-6 and into seventh place in the Class B North Heal Point standings.
Andre Daigle and Bryce Bonville combined for the goaltending chores for PI and faced a total of 33 shots. PI took 20 shots on Black Bear goalies Khole Parker and Brendon Gasaway.
Presque Isle is back on the ice Monday, taking on Waterville on the road at 1 p.m.
