After retiring, Marilyn loved going for walks and could be seen walking around Presque Isle one to two times per day no matter what the weather. Marilyn also loved sitting on her front porch during the summer listening to music.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Robin and Brenda Collins of Londonderry, NH; son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Cindy Collins of Derry, NH; son, Timothy Collins of Presque Isle; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and David McKenney of Mars Hill; grandchildren, Michael Collins and his wife, Katherine of Derry, NH, Patricia Walker and her husband, Jeffery of Manchester, NH, Meghann Collins of Presque Isle, Ethan, Jacob and Grayson McKenney of Mars Hill; two great-grandchildren, Izaak Collins of Baltimore, MD, and Madaline Collins of Derry, NH; sister, Doreen Arena of Portsmouth, NH, and her four children and their families.
