    HOULTON – The following cases were heard in the Aroostook County Superior Court in Houlton during the month of August, 2008.
    Jeffrey S. Albano, 26, Smyrna Mills: burglary, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; criminal threatening, 60 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
    Paul K. Albright, 33, Houlton: burglary, 32 months in prison and $4,123.65; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 32 months in prison and $4,123.65; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer — priors, 32 months in prison and $200 fine.
    Prince E. Brackett, 51, Stacyville: assault (two counts), 344 days in jail and $300 fine (each); burglary, four years in prison with all but 344 days suspended and two years’ probation; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail and $300 restitution.
    Brady Bridges, 38, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, three years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $400 fine; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; and violation condition of release, dismissed.
    Elaine Buco, 42, Rehoboth, Mass.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, two years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $400 fine.
    Dustin G. Cullins, 21, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation and $5,000 restitution; and disorderly conduct, 180 days in jail with all suspended and two years’ probation.
    Mitchell Currie, 20, Hodgdon: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; and criminal trespass, 364 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year probation and $5,000 restitution.
    Christopher A. Devoe, 25, Houlton: probation violation, 20 months in prison and probation revoked.
    James L. Doane Jr., 36, Brunswick: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Dustin P. Francis, 22, Monticello: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year probation and $5,000 restitution; and criminal trespass, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year probation an d $5,000 restitution.
    Joshua Grant, 31, Fort Fairfield: illegal possession of firearms or crossbow, dismissed.
    Jarrod J. Howe, 23, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
    Kenneth J. Iaciofano, 42, Rehoboth, Mass.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison with all but six month suspended and two years’ probation.
    Francis J. Kirlin, 56, Houlton: obstructing report of crime, $100 fine.
    Nathan A. Larson, 28, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; and criminal trespass, 180 days in jail with all suspended, one year probation and $200 restitution.
    Jordan M. Lincoln, 23, Houlton: burglary (three counts), 18 months in prison (first), dismissed (second), five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,150 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), dismissed (two counts) and 18 months in prison (third count); unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 18 months in prison; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Colby A. McGary, 20, Cary: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first count), 364 days with all suspended, one year probation and $5,000 restitution (second count); and criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Donald H. Michaud Jr., 42, Houlton: gross sexual assault, dismissed; assault (two counts), nine months in jail and $300 fine (first count) and 364 days in jail with all suspended and $300 fine (second count).
    Elizabeth C. Moulton, 34, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), dismissed (first), 180 days in jail, one year probation and $2,047 restitution (each of last two).
    John E. Neureuther, 33, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Walter L. Qualey, 51, Island Falls: criminal trespass, dismissed; assault, $300 fine and 180 days in jail with all suspended; criminal mischief, dismissed; disorderly conduct, dismissed; violating condition of release, $100 fine; and violating protective order, dismissed.
    Horace William Salley III, 37, Smyrna: gross sexual assault, 25 years in prison with all but 10 years suspended and six years’ probation; assault, $300 fine and 364 days in jail; and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, three years in prison.
    Wayne J. Simard, 49, Newington, Conn.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed with $1,000 court costs.
    Reuben Thomas, 27, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation (first); and dismissed (second).
    David M. Vieira, 27, Houlton: criminal mischief, 364 days in jail with all but seven suspended, one year probation and $5,130.77 restitution.
    Daniel T. Vose, 26, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Blaine E. Wilkins, 24, Caribou: trafficking tobacco in adult correctional facility, six months in jail.
    Jonathan A. Willigar, 21, Littleton: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in jail with all but four days suspended, one year probation and $1,000 restitution; and criminal trespass, 180 days in jail, one year probation and $1,000 restitution.
    Thomas Woodbury, 47, Houlton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 90 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation; and operating after habitual offender revocation, 30 days in jail.
