The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Winter Crafts and Gifts Fair at the Gentle Memorial Building on Friday, Nov. 27 from 11-5 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 28 from 10-4 p.m. This year there will be more than 50 crafters and this ever popular holiday event is free to the public.
