Judy Whitlock

    HODGDON and DANFORTH – Judy Whitlock, 67, went home to be with the Lord Aug. 6, 2010, at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, after a long battle with heart disease and diabetes. She was born April 9, 1943, in Danforth, the youngest of three girls born to Donald R. and Viola (Cropley) Moody.
    Judy was disabled. She loved being with family and friends. She enjoyed shopping, reading, cooking and most of all, camping. Judy had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone, no matter what.
    She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Walter T. Whitlock Sr.; a son, Thomas and his wife, Karen, of Houlton; four daughters, Angelia and Michele, both of Hodgdon, whom Judy lived with, Cynthia and her husband, Sam, and Sharon and her husband, Kenneth, all of Florida; four grandchildren, Krysti, Kenneth, Megan and Jason; two sisters, Linda Parker of Danforth and Majel Short of Dennysville; her beloved cat, Snow Angel; several nieces and nephews.
    She was predeceased by her parents; one son, Walter T. Whitlock Jr.; several uncles and one aunt. At her request, there will be no funeral services. Family and friends may call at the family home. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Houlton.
