East Grand Outdoor Education students James Berry, bow, and Kenneth Wirniarski, with the pole, on a recent Baskahegan River overnight canoe trip. Students took part in all phases of the trip including planning, packing and taking turns leading while on the outing. In all, 12 students took part on the trip which began on the Baskahegan Lake in Brookton and ended in Danforth.
