HOULTON — The Youth Merit Award Committee of Rotary District 7810 presented a certificate to Christopher Sewell of Houlton for his part in the Youth Merit Award process. The Youth Merit program helps identify young people who Rotarians recognize as the potential leaders of tomorrow’s complex world. Each of the submitted candidates exemplifies the Rotary ideals of service, dependability and leadership amongst their peers and within their schools, communities and families.
According to Rotary spokesperson Mike Clark, Sewell is a hard-working individual who strives to be the best person he can be, never giving up on trying to do his best.
