    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February
    Jeremy W. Anderson, 25, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $1,000 fine.
    Demarr T. Blackshear, 30, Limestone: violating condition of release, two years in prison, all suspended, and two years’ probation.
    Frederick Botting, 43, Houlton: operating under the influence, $1,000 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Chad Day, 28, Silver Ridge: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, filed on $200 costs.
    Matthew Hathaway, 25, Houlton: violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Darcy E. Henderson, 27, Houlton: possessing firearm when prohibited, dismissed.
    Nathan R. London, 27, Oakfield: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Peter J. McGary, 40, Hodgdon: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison, all suspended and one year probation.
    Todd Shaw, 34, Patten: theft by unauthorized use of property, 60 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and 60 days in jail; aggravated criminal mischief, three years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, two years’ probation and $3,928.83 restitution; reckless conduct, 10 months in jail; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
