Caron on Dean’s List
WATERVILLE — Anna B. Caron, a member of the Class of 2013 at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, was named to the dean’s list for her outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2010-11 year. Caron, the daughter of Linda Bellisle of Houlton, is majoring in psychology and philosophy at Colby. She attended Houlton High School.
Carter graduates from Colby
WATERVILLE — Samuel D. Carter of New Limerick, was one of 486 seniors who graduated from Colby College on May 22, receiving a bachelor of arts degree at the outdoor commencement in Waterville, Maine.
Carter, the son of James and Miriam Carter of Oakfield, majored in anthropology. He is a graduate of Houlton High School.
McClure makes Dean’s List
Ashlee McClure of Houlton, who is majoring in science/elementary education, was named to the Dean’s list at Thomas College for the spring 2011 semester.
Russell earns honors
Kaitlin A. Russell of Linneus, has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at the University of Vermont. Russell is a junior Professional Nursing major in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Vulchev receives degree
BOSTON — Boston University awarded academic degrees to 5,824 students in May. Among the graduates was Dushko Vulchev of Houlton, who received a master’s degree in banking and financial services management.
