To the editor:
Recently, while visiting relatives in Houlton, I was taken ill and at midnight made a trip to the emergency room of the Houlton Regional Hospital. How fortunate I was to be able to be treated by such a competent medical staff at such an excellent facility. My illness was diagnosed and treated and I was able to return home to a good night’s sleep.
Thank you to all of the staff members who treated me for your medical help. And thank you to the Houlton Regional Hospital for such an excellent facility to minister to me in my time of need in the middle of the night.
The people of the Houlton area are fortunate to have such an excellent facility and such capable medical expertise.
