Tozier, George W. Sr., 47, died February 17, 2007 at Ashland. Funeral service will be held at the Bristol Baptist Church, 10 a.m., Friday, February 23, 2007. Arrangements are in the care of Stimson-Ouellette Funeral Home, Ashland.
ASHLAND & BRISTOL, NH – George W. Tozier, Sr., 47, died unexpectedly Feb. 17, 2007 in Ashland. He was born in Killeen, Texas, June 2, 1959, the son of Roger G. and Janet (Mobus) Tozier.
George was a 1976 graduate of Newfound Memorial High School in Bristol, NH. He was most recently employed as a sales distributor for Ketchum Distributing of Westbrook. He loved the outdoors, and especially enjoyed motorcycling and snowmobiling and was an avid New York Yankees fan. George had moved from Bristol to Ashland in 2004.
In addition to his parents of Madawaska Lake, he is survived by one daughter, Lorraine Lamos of Danbury, NH; four sons, Edward Tozier of Franklin, NH, Marshall Tozier of Northfield, NH, George Tozier, Jr. of Ashland, and Roger M. Tozier of Laconia, NH; two sisters, Ethel King of Suisun, CA, Katherine Tozier of Denver, CO; one brother, John Tozier of Rochester, NH.
Relatives and friends may call at the Emmons Funeral Home, 115 S. Main St., Bristol, NH from 6 to 9 PM on Thursday. A funeral service will be held at the Bristol Baptist Church at 10 AM on Friday. Spring interment will be in the Stockholm Cemetery, Stockholm, Maine. Arrangements are a service of Stimson-Ouellette Funeral Home, 114 Exchange St., Ashland, Maine.
