    MONTICELLO – Geraldine Cowperthwaite, 84, died August 14, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 29, 1928 at Tracey Mills, NB, Canada, the daughter of W. Stanley and Edna Beatrice (Hudson) Trafford.
    Geraldine was a Registered Nurse and worked in the Houlton area hospitals for many years. She was a member of the Corner Stone Baptist in Littleton.
    Geraldine is survived by her children, Dennis Codrey and his wife, Kim, their children, Chris and wife, Maki, and children, Julia and Ellie, Pattie and husband, Andy and children, Alexa, Max and Alivia, Issac and wife, Marly, Mattea and husband, Branson; Cheryl (Codrey) Wheeler and her husband, Keith, their children, Tracey and husband, Peter, children, Kelsey and Cooper, Tricia and husband, Adam, children, Molly, Braden and Barrett, Chad and wife, Ashely, children, Brooke and Blake; Dana Codrey and his wife, Julie, their children, Hazel and husband, Dwayne, Luke, Jenna, Lacey and husband, Andy, their son, Paxton, Jordan and Victoria; two sisters, Jeanette Bannster and Shirley DeMerchant; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Cowperthwaite and her brother, Stanley Trafford.
    Friends called at the Corner Stone Baptist Church in Littleton on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 noon. Interment was in the Monticello Village Cemetery. At the family’s request, no flowers please.
