    The Presque Isle District Court heard the following cases during the month of March, 2008.
    Matthew Kilcollins, 26, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Nicholas R. Lapoint, 29, Presque Isle: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation revoked.     Bernice Layton, 45, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine; forgery, dismissed.
    William J. Lembo, 44, Holliston, Mass.: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    Sarah A. Libby, 23, Limington: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine, 50 hours community service; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Cameron Jay Lynch, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Scott P. Lynch, 51, Gray: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Richard MacDonald, 30, Mars Hill: operating after registration suspended, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Cynthia M. McCarthy, 50, Presque Isle: operating after license suspended or revoked, $200 fine.
    Charlton McIntosh, 28, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, dismissed; assault, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (two counts), both dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; refusing to sign criminal summons, dismissed.
    Marshall A. McManus, 36, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), both 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
    Carl McNally, 42, Ashland: operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.
    Michael E. Miller, 48, Presque Isle: owning or keeping animal that kills or injures, $75 fine, $393.84 restitution.
    Justin D. Nadeau, 22, Caribou: motor vehicle speeding – 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
    Jill A. Nickerson, 20, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, $200 fine.
    Donald Nolt, 72, Leola, Penn.: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    David P. Nunezbarros, 31, Dayton: possession of marijuana, dismissed.
    Robert J. Ouellette, 47, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $300 fine, 48 hours in jail.
    Adam R. Parker, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), $200 fine each, $82.17 restitution for one.
    Zachari Pease, 19, Warren: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
    Joshua M. Peaslee, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Russell Pelkey, 44, Easton: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Vincent Pelletier, 30, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Craig L. Perry, 19, Fort Fairfield: assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail with all suspended, two-year probation; violating condition of release, $250 fine, five days in jail.
    Keith C. Remlinger, 50, Kalinda, Ohio: rule violation – operating with false duty, $750 fine.
    James W. Ross, 50, Phillips: rule violation – operating without duty record, $500 fine.
    Dominique V. Rossignol, 18, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed with $200 cost.
    Dawn A. Sappier, 39, Tobique First Nation, N.B.: disorderly conduct, $150 fine.
    Bradley W. Sargent, 31, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
