Harleigh Riedel of Island Falls decided to donate her hair to the “Locks of Love” program. According to Ruth Frazier of the
Island Falls Recreation Department, Riedel chose to cut her hair as a tribute to Frazier, who lost her hair last summer while undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer. She is the 9-year-old daughter of George Berry.
