Madigan Health Care Services has been providing a wide range of services to our community for 30 years.
A full spectrum of health care services is available and allows for flexibility in transitioning within our divisions.
Madigan Estates provides long term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services in an 86-bed facility.
They also provide rehabilitation services. Physical and Occupational Services are available to patients at the facility and out in the community to assist in improving functioning and strength after surgery or an injury.
Madigan House is a home-like setting for residents in a secure and family-like atmosphere. Services are available to assist with daily living needs but not to the level of care needed in the skilled nursing facility.
Madigan Health Care Services also has adult day program/ respite care.
The Adult Day program is a community-based service for client’s of Houlton and the surrounding area. It runs 7a.m. to 7p.m., seven days a week and is designed to provide the opportunity for individuals to have social interaction with others and give caregivers time for work, shopping or simply a period of rest.
Madigan Home Health Care Services provides health care services to client’s in their home to assist them to maintain their highest level of independence and to assist with recovery and reaching their maximum potential. Skilled nursing procedures, rehabilitation services, Home Health Aides, case management, education and assistance to secure necessary health care is available.
Madigan Assisted Living Apartments are private apartments that promote an independent lifestyle in a setting that offers support and security.
Services are available on an individual basis such as medication administration, meals, and transportation.
