HOULTON – Janice Louise Harrigan, 76, died August 17, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. She was born January 26, 1937, at Bath, the daughter of Mark and Mary (Hevor) Hanna.
Janice was a communicant of Saint Mary of the Visitation Church where she was very active for many years. She was a great mother and grandmother and had many friends… too many to mention. She especially enjoyed the staff and friends at Houlton Regional Cardiac-Rehab and will be sadly missed by the girls at cards.
Janice is survived by her children and grandchildren; Mark Paul Harrigan of Maine, Anne Mary Harrigan and her husband Bradley Saxton of CT, their children, Kathryn Harrigan Saxton and Michael Pearson Saxton, Barbara Louise Harrigan of Maine, her children, Hannah Louise McGuire and her husband Tim and Sean Cornelius McEvoy, Elizabeth Harrigan Shane of Maine, her children, Dylan Robert Shane and Adam Michael Shane, Peter Michael Harrigan of Maine, Mary Janice Harrigan of Maine, Kathleen Mary Harrigan and Jeremy Knowles, their child Sawyer David Knowles; one sister Karen Thompson and her husband Donald of Florida; nephews Blaine Thompson of Maine and Donald Thompson Jr. of California. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Arthur Harrigan
Friends may call at the Dunn Funeral Home Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Friday at Saint Mary of the Visitation Church with Rev.
