HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
Peter F. Alden, 45, Skowhegan: possessing sexually explicit material, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.
Andrew L. Allen, 48, Sherman Mills: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, $400 suspended and 60 days in jail; operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Travis A. Bartley, 25, Littleton: eluding an officer, dismissed; OUI, prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Dovon K. Drake, 47, Island Falls: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, 10 months in prison.
Richard M. Kinney, 43, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, five years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended and three years’ probation; violating condition of release, 60 days in prison; and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, six months in prison.
Brittany Long, 24, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
Reggie A. McGary, 33, Houlton: domestic violence assault, one year in prison; violating condition of release, 30 days in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and three years in prison.
Vernon C. Napue, 29, Las Vegas: violating protective order, $400 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Joshua R. Randall, 30, Houlton: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.
Mayling K. Silva, 21, Caribou: failing to report, 30 days in jail.
Melissa Lidsay Tidd, 31, Hodgdon: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 24 months in prison, all but 10 days suspended and one-year probation.
Joseph L. Toner, 27, Hodgdon: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Rebekah A. Violette, 32, Houlton: OUI, $700 fine and 90-day license suspension.
