VFW Post 6187 in Fort Fairfield will be hosting Aroostook’s Got Talent, based on the television program America’s Got Talent, on Nov. 16, at 6:30 p.m., at the Fort Fairfield High School auditorium.
Auditions for the show will be held at the Fort Fairfield VFW on Nov. 3 at 1 p.m. An entrance fee of $10 will be charged for those chosen to compete.
Tickets will be adults $10, children under 12 $5 and children under 6, free, at the door. Advanced tickets may be purchased at any County Federal Credit Union at reduced prices (adults $8, children under 12 $3)
Contestants must be 18 years old to enter. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place. Proceeds will go to toward the construction of a Veteran’s Memorial at Post 6187. For more information, call Donna at 207-551-3150.
