Take Off Pounds Sensibly, Chapter 0233, of Houlton met at the Aldergate building on High Street for its Friday, Oct. 25, meeting. Diane Folsom, leader, was in charge.
Fourteen ladies were present; two were KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly). The skinny dish went to Lois Downing with the 50/50 to TOPS. Loser of the week was Kay Grass and runner-up Barbara Whited. Denise Clark continued her program from last week called “Obesity.”
A card will be brought into the meeting next week for one of our members, and for the members to sign. Diane read a letter from Janice Cote, our representative. Washburn is the location for the next workshop Nov. 9 at the snowmobile club there.
