To the editor:
The staff and students of Mill Pond School and Hodgdon High School would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Joel Oliver for all his hard work and dedication to our school garden. Because of Mr. Oliver, we had delicious corn for all our students to eat last year. We are especially grateful for all the wonderful pumpkins. For two years we have had enough pumpkins for every younger student to have one to enjoy. They have brought smiles to many faces!
Thank you again, Mr. Oliver, for plowing, planting and purchasing the seed for this wonderful bounty.
