The Southern Aroostook Cultural Arts Project proudly presents our first Festival of Trees Nov. 19 through Nov. 30. The public is invited to visit Visions Gallery, 66 Main St. in Houlton, to view the dazzling display of artificial trees.
Each tree will be uniquely decorated and donated by a different area business or organization to be raffled off as a fundraising project to support the arts in our community.
SACAP welcomes everyone to come in to share this festive season and to purchase the raffle tickets that will be available in lots of 10 tickets for $5 that can be entered for the tree (or trees) of their choice.
The winning tickets will be drawn at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, just in time for the winners to take home a magnificently decorated tree for the holidays.
Come in and experience the artistic talents of those who work where you shop, bank, dine out and, of course, those of Visions’ own participating artists. This Christmas extravaganza event may well enrich your holiday décor with a beautifully designed tree as the centerpiece, and your purchase of raffle tickets will assist us in our mission to continue to foster and enrich the cultural life of southern Aroostook County.
