PRESQUE ISLE — The Northern Maine Board of Approved Baseball Umpires will hold its annual clinic for prospective umpires at 5:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Feb. 25. The clinic will run for seven weeks at Northern Maine Community College in Room 109 of Andrews Hall.
