It is time once again for playoff basketball and several local squads are looking to bring home the gold this year.
Both the Houlton boys and girls basketball teams qualified for the postseason and punched a ticket directly to Bangor. The boys and girls squads will both hit the hardwood on next Tuesday, Feb. 18 for their playoffs.
Also making the postseason picture are the Hodgdon boys, Southern Aroostook boys, Katahdin girls, Greater Houlton Christian Academy girls and East Grand girls.
The staff of the Houlton Pioneer Times wishes all our local squads the best of luck in this year’s tournament.
