Area students named to Dean’s List for fall of 2013

UM- Farmington announces dean’s list
    FARMINGTON, Maine — The University of Maine at Farmington announced its dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester. UMF maintains a Dean’s List each semester for those students completing a minimum of 12 credits in courses producing quality points.

Students whose grade point average for the semester is equal to or greater than 3.8 are listed with high academic achievement. Students whose grade point average for the semester is less than 3.8 but equal to or greater than 3.5 are listed with academic achievement.
Local students named to the list include Alicia Higgins of Island Falls and Kelsey Theriault of Littleton.
UMO recongizes students
The University of Maine recognized 2,002 students for achieving dean’s list honors in the fall 2013 semester. Of the students who made the deans list, 1,610 are from Maine, 312 are from 27 other states and 80 are from 28 countries other than the U.S.
Named to the dean’s list from Patten were Nathan Moore, Andrew Vetter and Sonja Williams.
USM lists dean’s recipients
The University of Southern Maine congratulates the students who have been named to the Full-Time Dean’s List for the Fall 2013 semester.
Sydney Bradshaw of Littleton was named to the University of Southern Maine Dean’s List for the Fall 2013 semester.
In order to be named to the list, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or higher and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.
