I was sitting on the couch at 7 p.m. I asked Jordyn if he wanted to go sledding. He said, “Yes,” so we got ready. We put on our ski pants, coats, mittens, hats, boots, and headed out the door.
We got our sleds and went to a huge snow bank. First we made our own sled trails. Then we practiced on them. Jordyn went down my trail, so I made a new one.
Laura, our dog, came over and went down Jordyn’s trail. It was so funny. Then I took Laura inside for the night. Then we got out the huge black sled.
This happened about around Christmas time. I went down the snow bank with the huge black sled. The snow was very icy. I ended up in the ditch. Jordyn laughed. I got a little mad at him. Then he did the same thing.
Then he went down my favorite trail! That got me really mad so I said, “Let’s both go down the trail in the huge black sled.” We both go into it and asked each other if we were both ready. I said, “Yup.” He said, “Yup.” We went down the trail. I got so mad. I pushed him off the sled, which was a mistake because he took off running at me!
He grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the sled. We got into a huge fight. I took off running to the door. He was running after me. I said, “Mommy!” (fake crying) “Jordyn punched me.”
Then Jordyn said, “He is faking it.” So he got sent to his room. I said, “Mmmm, hot cocoa really seems good right now.” Then guess what? I got sent to my room. I said, “Nooo, hot cocoa come back!”
