One time in winter, my brother, Cooper, and my father were teasing my sister and I. So Chloe and I went somewhere quiet so we could come up with a plan to get them back.
First I grabbed Daddy’s gloves and Chloe got Dad’s hat. Then we took off to go hide his stuff. We hid his pair of gloves and his warm hat. We put them in the cabinet behind the soap. He never looks there. Then we went upstairs, we unplugged his fan, hid his pillow under the bed, and set his alarm clock for the wrong time.
Next came Cooper’s things. First we went to his room. Then we took his favorite stuffed animal and stuffed it in the very back of his closet. Which he doesn’t look in there because he has a dresser in the front of his room. Then we unplugged the fan, took his pillows, and switched his books around so he couldn’t find anything. Downstairs to the toy room. We had lots of time to do these pranks because the boys had just left the house. This was our last prank. We would switch cars to different boxes and moved the totes fill with cars and trucks around everywhere. When the boys got home, they were so confused by the end of the night. My dad yelled my name and said, “Hey, where’s my stuff?”
I told him, “That’ll teach you not to tease me.” It was so cute what my sister said after, “Ya, that’ll teach you!” Nice following in your sister’s footsteps.
