KEYSTONE, FLORIDA & HOULTON – Clare Ellen Quint passed on into glory suddenly but peacefully on May 5, 2014. She was residing in Keystone Heights, Florida. She was the eldest child of Cyril and Evelyn (Oliver) Quint of Hodgdon, and was followed by ten sisters and brothers.
Clare earned her teaching degree from Aroostook State Teachers College and taught in Mars Hill and Littleton. She was an avid reader, loved all sports, enjoyed music and sewing, and loved gardening flowers.
Clare is survived by her children, Cindy and David Goodrich, and Brian, Matthew, and Michele Michaud; her grandchildren, Oliver and Tamara Goodrich, Evan Michaud; her sisters, Sharol and Lanny Putnam, Melinda and Robert Horan; her brothers, Alan, Pedro (Cyril) and Annette, Gehrig, Kurt and Claudia, and Brent Quint. Clare was predeceased by her parents, and sisters Sharon Quint, Judy Hutchinson, and Sally Danubio.
