HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.
Lynn M. Appleton, 47, Houlton: operating under the influence, priors, $1,100 fine, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation, six years’ license suspension.
Eliza J. Berberian, 27, Sherman: OUI, dismissed.
Michael S. Boody, 33, Merrill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, three years’ probation.
Dillon Boulier, 22, Crystal: OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
Katie E. Britton, 30, Houlton: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 14 days in jail, 180-day license suspension; OUI and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed (each); and theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, 15 months in prison, all but 100 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Matthew Charette, 26, Hampden: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence, $30,000 restitution.
Peter W. Cummings, 24, Oakfield: tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim and violating condition of release, one year in prison (each); aggravated criminal trespass and domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed (each); burglary, seven years in prison, all but two years suspended, three years’ probation; and assault, $300 fine, six months in jail.
William F. Donovan, 49, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, 15 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, $150 restitution; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 60 days in jail.
Daniel J. Dooley, 27, Linneus: criminal mischief, $200 fine, $400 restitution.
Nicholas W. Griffeth, 34, Amity: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one-year probation.
Ian Halsey, 33, Bowdoinham: cultivating marijuana, $2,500 fine.
Darcy Henderson, 31, Amity: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
Justin Hurlburt, 22, Carmel: operating while license suspended or revoked — OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension.
Brent Lefay, 47, Houlton: operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, $750 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Jonathan E. Lopez, 28, Presque Isle: failing to report, 120 days in jail.
Craig D. Miller, 34, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), burglary (three counts), 28 months in prison (each); and criminal mischief (three counts), six months in prison (each).
James A. Sellin, 49, Island Falls: burglary, dismissed; and criminal mischief, $500 fine.
Michael C. Shain, 27, Houlton: probation violation, five months in jail, probation revoked.
Yolanda Smith, 25, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Marcus A. Toner, 24, Hodgdon: operating while license suspended or revoked — OUI, dismissed.
David P. Wallingford, 44, Monticello: aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.
Clayton Willigar III, 24, Littleton: criminal mischief, 45 days in jail.
