To the editor:
We just finished a vacation at Drews Lake. While there, my grandson’s kayak came loose. We found it nearby tied to a tree with a sign on it — “found floating in little lake.” We tried to stop by that camp to say “thank you” a couple of times but they are not home. Then, leaving in rain, we did not drop off a thank-you note.
Anyway, thought it would be nice if you could put a thank you in paper as most residents read your paper.
