HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
Justin L. Barry, 27, Houlton: probation violation, 21 months in prison, probation revoked; trafficking tobacco in adult correctional facility and unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (each); trafficking in prison contraband, nine months and one day in prison; aggravated criminal trespass, one year in prison; violating condition of release, six months in prison; burglary, four years in prison, all but two years suspended, and three years’ probation; and assault, dismissed.
John A. Belyea Jr., 31 Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and five years in prison; and endangering the welfare of a child, 90 days in jail.
Daniel R. Bouchard, 36, Houlton: violating condition of release, $100 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year probation.
Darlene Brown, 28, Houlton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
William S. Carpenter, 51, Houlton: attaching false plates, 10 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and two years in prison; and OUI, more than three priors, $2,100 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, two years’ probation, and eight years’ license and registration suspension.
Crystal L. Clary, 41, Amity: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended, and one-year probation; and unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed.
Casey Corbett, 25, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and 48 months in jail.
Jennifer L. Cote, 38, Smyrna: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Stanley J. Doane, 42, Island Falls: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Robert A. Doody, 48, Caribou: failing to report, unconditional discharge.
Troy J. Folsom, 38, Houlton: probation violation, 12 months in prison, probation revoked.
Billie Ann Hanington, 20, Linneus: violating condition of release, dismissed.
Greg W. Hitchcock, 41, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), four years in prison and $5,939.99 restitution (first), one year in prison (second, third); violating condition of release (three counts), six months in prison (first), dismissed (second, third); operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, attaching false plates and cultivating marijuana, dismissed (each).
Christopher M. Lezotte, 23, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Justin E. Lincoln, 26, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine (each), six years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, and three years’ probation (first), and 30 months in prison (second).
Timothy Odell, 43, Sherman: illegal possession of firearm and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 12 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two-years’ probation and $260 restitution (each).
Frederick Robert Paine, 59, Smyrna: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Daniel J. Quint, 24, Linneus: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Mark E. Sawyer, 8, Monticello: attaching false plates and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $100 fine (each).
Gary Schillinger, 60, Houlton: dissemination of sexually explicit material (seven counts), 10 years in prison (first, second, third), five years in prison, all suspended, and six years’ probation (fourth), five years in prison (fifth), and 10 years in prison, all suspended, and 12 years’ probation (sixth, seventh); and possession of sexually explicit material of minor under 12 (three counts), three years in prison (each).
Stephen J. Tucker, 63, Monticello: theft by deception, 42 months in prison, all but one year suspended, three years’ probation and $50,242 restitution.
Robert C. Wright III, 31, Bridgewater: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
