    HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Aug. 31-Sept. 6.    
Sunday, August 31
    8:17 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Military St. to investigate a report of harassment.

    1:00 p.m. — Officer McGuire responded to Water St. to serve a restraining order.
    2:03 p.m. — Officer McGuire responded to Pearce Ave. to assist a citizen.
    3:31 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Spring St. to arrest a 43-year-old Saco female, Tamora Shea, for failing to pay fine.
    3:43 p.m. — ACO Virgie responded to Heywood St. for an animal complaint.
    8:51 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Sunnyside St. to investigate a report of theft.
    8:57 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Porter Settlement Rd. to check out suspicious activity.
    10:08 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Riverfront Park to assist a citizen.
    10:56 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to North St. to arrest a 26-year-old Houlton male, Dustin Haney, for domestic assault and violating condition of release.
Monday, September 1
    12:19 p.m. — Officer York responded to Court St. to arrest a 50-year-old Houlton male, Barry Carmichael, for domestic assault, obstructing a report of a crime, obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest.
    1:32 p.m. — Officer York responded to Water St. to summons a 58-year-old Houlton male for violating condition of release.
    2:06 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to I-95 to assist the Maine State Police.
    4:58 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to River St. to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
    6:06 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Pearce Ave. to assist another agency.
