    HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
    Bo E. Branscombe, 27, Oakfield: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $500 fine and five years in prison; and violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.

    Timothy Brown, 49, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
    Joshua Burgos, 33, Cary Plantation: burglary, nine months and one day in prison.
    Larry W. Carll, 36, Linneus: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, one year in prison; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, and three years’ probation; and burglary, terrorizing, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
    Mitchell B. Currie, 25, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
    Jammie Dickinson, 29, Amity: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, two years’ probation and $800 restitution.
    Sarah Drake, 36, Houlton: unsworn falsification (two counts), 60 days in jail (each); theft by deception, one year in prison, all but five months suspended, one-year probation and $13,190 restitution; falsifying physical evidence and violating condition of release, unconditional discharge (each); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.
    Troy J. Folsom, 38, Houlton: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, priors, three years in prison, all but one year suspended, and two years’ probation.
    Thomas A. Greiner, 55, Littleton: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Nicole R. Hall, 26, Linneus: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and violating condition of release, five days in jail (each) and 60-day license suspension (first).
    Joshua Hawksley, 22, Mars Hill: protective order from harassment violation, 45 days in jail.
    Samuel E. Heath Jr., 24, Sherman: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence (first), dismissed (second).
    Stephen Holmes, 49, New Limerick: OUI, $700 fine, 14 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
    Gary S. Kimball Jr., 45, Windham: criminal mischief, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $183.44 restitution.
    Brad William Lambert, 37, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
    Jack W. McCarthy, 65, Woodland: operating vehicle without license, $400 fine.
    Nicklos McGuire, 24, Littleton: assault, dismissed; and criminal mischief, $400 restitution.
    Marilyn R. McNally, 63, Sherman: operating vehicle without license, filed on $100 costs.
    Brett J. Miles, 27, Littleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    James Peaslee, 34, Bridgewater: criminal threatening, 10 days in jail; terrorizing (two counts), 16 months in prison (each); and violating condition of release and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, six months in jail (each).
    Tamara Shea, 43, Biddeford: theft by deception and unsworn falsification (two counts), dismissed (each).
