The Aroostook County grand jury completed its fifth session of 2014 on Sept. 5 and handed down 34 indictments against 29 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:
Nathan D. Brewer, 34, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, operating after revocation, operating unregistered vehicle and violating condition of release.
Floyd R. Legassie, 65, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
Leigh M. Albert, 40, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
Patrick S. Keegan, 45, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
Katie L. Ramus, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
Kassandra A. Scott, 25, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
Jason Clair, 39, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.
Katrina L. St. Jean, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Tony L. Brown, 42, Baileyville: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Kyle J. Morrill, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and trafficking in prison contraband.
Daniel A. Dennison, 35, Westbrook: domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest.
Isaac A. Botting, 23, Saco: domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, violating condition of release and violation of protection order.
Michael A. Fisher, 32, Woodland: violating condition of release and violation of protection order.
Chad F. Brescia, 38, Caribou: trafficking in prison contraband and violating condition of release.
Lucas E. Wiley, 32, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) and violating condition of release.
Sarah Lloyd, 34, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Craig A. Anderson, 47, Stockholm: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violation of protection order and illegal importation of drugs.
Wayne N. St. Peter, 42, Connor: domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Joshua Clayton, 29, Mapleton: domestic violence/reckless conduct with a weapon.
Brandon L. Boyd, 31, Mars Hill, violating condition of release, domestic violence/criminal threatening with a weapon, domestic violence assault, burglary and theft.
Brandon Green, 18, Mapleton, criminal threatening with a weapon, aggravated criminal mischief and driving to endanger.
Randy J. Hewitt, 39, Perham: gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact (three counts).
Gloria J. Dustin, 47, Van Buren: theft by deception.
Tamra L. Violette, 55, Van Buren: domestic violence assault and assault.
Tracy M. Tompkins, 46, Ashland: violating condition of release.
Leland B. Cantrell II, 31, Madawaska: sexual abuse of a minor, domestic violence assault, violating bail, and furnishing liquor to a minor (two counts).
Thor M. Cochran, 36, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.
Joshua J. Tracy, 26, Limestone: criminal operating under the influence, operating after suspension and violating condition of release.
Travis J. White, 29, Wade: theft, assault on an officer, and failure to sign uniform summons and complaint.
