HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
Jennifer Beaulieu, 30, Penacook, N.H.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison, all but 59 days suspended, two years’ probation and $4,775 restitution.
Bo E. Branscombe, 27, Oakfield: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $500 fine, five years in prison; violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in prison (each); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Jody Brewer, 42, Linneus: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; and criminal threatening, dismissed.
Dennis J. Clair, 36, Bridgewater: trafficking in prison contraband (two counts), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (first), dismissed (second).
Jennifer Clark, 46, Linneus: obstructing report of crime, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Tyson P. Cofske, 29, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
Tonya Dickinson, 27, Merrill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts) and violating condition of release, permanent transfer (each).
Christopher D. Eastham, 43, New Limerick: obstructing report of crime, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all but 21 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Laurie A. Guptill, 49, Sidney: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
Eric W. Knox, 44, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Clinton J. Michaud, 25, Crystal: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Michael J. Nickerson, 25, Bangor: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 90 days in jail.
Philip C. Sennett, 35, Houlton: domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Alan L. Washburn, 46, Lisbon: probation violation, 30 months in jail, probation revoked.
Nathaniel C. Wiggin, 19, Houlton: interference with constitutional rights, dismissed.
