HOULTON — The Houlton Water Company held its monthly meeting on Nov 19, and elected the officers for the following year. At the meeting Dr. Richard Goodwin was elected president; Albert Fitzpatrick was elected vice president; and Gary Hagan was elected secretary, treasurer, and clerk.
Dr. Goodwin replaces Galen Hogan as president. Hogan served ably as president for 24 consecutive years and continues to serve on the board.
The officers elected serve one-year terms with board officer elections held every November.
