The Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its second session of 2015 on Feb. 5 and handed down 18 indictments against 16 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:
Brandon B. Ross, 30, Winslow: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Jonathan Abbott, 25, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors (two counts).
Raymond C. Barton, 45, Hodgdon: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Troy R. Bishop, 48, Smyrna: possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, fraudulently obtaining a hunting license and and criminal forfeiture of a firearm.
Brentant Lahey, 23, Blaine: domestic violence terrorizing, violating condition of release and stealing drugs.
Micah G. Lawlor, 39, Merrill: violating condition of release (two counts).
Ashley A. Eastham, 21, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.
Robert E. Brewer, 21, Linneus: theft of a firearm, burglary and theft, with priors (two counts).
Justin A. King, 33, Houlton: assault on a child under 6 years of age.
Christopher T. Foster, 33, Littleton: operating under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and rule violation.
Michael J. Schools, 36, Houlton: domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and obstructing the report of a crime.
Karsten C. Pedersen, 33, Houlton: violating condition of release, domestic violence contact and domestic violence assault.
Harmedas J. Hodgkin, 43, Madawaska: aggravated forgery (three counts) and theft by deception.
Tanya P. Baron, 34, Madawaska: aggravated forgery and theft by deception.
