DANFORTH – Lewis Gellerson, 83, died February 9, 2015 in Danforth. He was born February 4, 1932 in Oakfield, the son of Charles and Addie (Gellerson) Lake.
He was a veteran of the US Army. One of Lewis’ outstanding qualities was his friendliness. He loved to talk and his hand was always extended for a shake whenever you met him.
He is survived by the staff and residents of the Sandy Brook Home, the DHA family and the former Kinney Boarding Home in Houlton; special friends, Dawn, David and Brian.
Friends may call 9-10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11 at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water Street, Houlton, where funeral services will be held 10 am with the Rev. Frank Godley officiating. Spring interment will be in the Oakfield Cemetery. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Houlton.
