To the editor:
Our national anthem, national motto and pledge of allegiance all remind us of the wise commitment — to “Trust in God.” This is the sure foundation of our nation’s strength.
Some well-intentioned citizens speak of contradictions in the records of divine influence. What they have seen are only human inadequacies to communicate accurately. God or good math doesn’t lie to us.
Divine revelation is continuing to people who respect God and their neighbors.
Abraham, a faithful father, trusted the Eternal father with his only son, Isaac. This trust brought about the Lord’s promise to bless those who would (live in accordance with the superior intelligence that existed before Earth and continues forever).
All people can trust in God and enjoy the satisfaction of self-reliance. Self-reliant backbone can, with the help of prayer, keep God’s commandments that offer us all the certainty of joy.
Who doesn’t enjoy a good meal and the many other joys experienced by way of compliance to the directions of superior intelligence. Backbone forever!
