It was another cold morning when 11 TOPS and 1 KOPS members of TOPS #0233 held their weekly meeting on March 6 at the Aldergate building of the Wesleyan Church in Houlton.
Margaret Hagerman and Joyce Estey were welcomed back after several weeks’ absence.
Marsha Reed was our Loser of the Week. The skinny dish was won by Bessie Wyman and the 50/50 was taken home by Diane Folsom.
Our new member coach was pleased to welcome Cathy Hutchinson to our chapter. Rick Danforth’s newsletter about the upcoming SRD at the Cross Center in Bangor was read. He told of the many events that would take place the weekend of May 8 and 9.
Our program this week was “open mic,” as we discussed many new ideas for our weekly meetings and also for the workshop we are to host in September.
