The Happy Losers held their weekly meeting May 20.
The leader, Jackie Pratt, welcomed the group, followed by the pledge and roll call.
Twelve members weighed in and 10 attended the class.
The person who lost the most weight for the week was Loretta Bouchard, and the runner-up was Lois Green. Great job, ladies.
Reports for the week were given by the secretary and treasurer.
There was no program for the week. Instead, some members went to the Brookside Restaurant for breakfast celebrating Loretta, Dotty, and Shirley’s birthdays in the month of May.
Anyone is welcome to the group every Wednesday at the Congregational Church vestry in Island Falls. Weigh-in is from 8-8:30 a.m. and the meeting usually starts at 8:30. Call 365-4884 for more info.
