HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Ricky A. Anderson, 35, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 86 days in jail and $120 restitution.
James C. Boyce, 31, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, (two counts), nine months and one day in prison (each); theft by unauthorized use of property and terrorizing, dismissed (each); criminal mischief, six months in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, six years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation and $4,806.33 restitution.
Daniel R. Cottle, 25, Brewer: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.
Ashley Eastham, 23, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, $500 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
Diane E. Flewelling, 62, Houlton: forgery, 14 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 14 days suspended, two years’ probation and $4,150 restitution.
Emily A. Lee, 23, Haynesville: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed on $300 costs.
Sarah Lloyd, 34, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 14 days in jail.
Jonathan Lee London, 48, Oakfield: assault $300 fine and 60 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, 90 days in jail; and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, two years in prison, all but 120 days suspended and one-year probation.
Brittany S. Long, 26, Linneus: operating after habitual offender revocation, 70 days in jail; and burglary, dismissed.
Albert Charles Marcheterre, 57, Crasberry, Vt.: escape, 12 months in prison.
Christine A. McLaughlin, 43, Haynesville: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed on $300 costs.
Katelyn Millette, 19, Oakfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $167 restitution.
Karsten Pedersen, 33, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); domestic violence assault, priors, 15 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Jean C. Rodriguez, 21, Island Falls: burglary, three years in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, escape and criminal mischief, five months in jail (each).
Tamara Shea, 44, Biddeford: theft by deception, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $7,434 restitution.
Secret D. Skinner, 38, Oakfield, probation violation, no further sanctions.
Matthew L. Thibodeau, 28, Monticello: cruelty to animals (10 counts), dismissed (first-seventh, ninth, 10th), $500 fine and 30 days in prison (eighth); aggravated cruelty to animals (two counts), dismissed (each); violating condition of release (two counts) 30 days in prison (each); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and six months in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (first) and three years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $2,804.59 restitution (second).
Thornton D. Walker, 20, Monticello: failing to stop for officer, seven days in jail.
Jessica L. Tremblay, 27, Merrill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in prison; and burglary, four years in prison, all but nine months and one day suspended, two years’ probation.
William David Valliere, 45, Hodgdon: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; assault, $300 fine and 23 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
