RSU29/MSAD70 Adult Education will be hosting a Hunter Safety Course. The course is broken into two sessions with attendance mandatory at each session. This course meets the mandatory Maine licensing requirement for first time hunters and is recommended for all Maine hunters.
The course will be held Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Houlton High School cafeteria and again on Saturday, Aug. 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Houlton High School.
The instructor is Rick Tidd. Cost of the course is $5. To register, call the Adult Education office at 521-3100, ext. 5.
Students must be 10 years of age to take the course.
