HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
Nicholas A. Cole, 25, Houlton: theft by authorized taking or transfer, $3,597.63 restitution; and criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.
Derrick R. Gravely, 44, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Darrell A. Hanning, 23, Houlton: obstructing report of crime and criminal mischief, 60 days in jail (each); domestic violence assault, priors, 24 months in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
Justin King, 34, Houlton: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence.
Christopher M. Lezotte, 24, Houlton: criminal conspiracy, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Mackenzie L. London, 23, Oakfield: theft by authorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $600 restitution.
Christian M. McDonald, 27, Oakfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine (each), one year in prison (first) and two years in prison (second); violating condition of release and motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, six months in jail (each); and eluding an officer, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, two years’ probation and $5,268.48 restitution.
Brad Plourde, 31, Eagle Lake: probation violation, five days in jail, probation revoked; and operating under the influence, $500 fine, five days in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Matthew D. Proulx, 39, Newport, Rhode Island: OUI, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Daniel J. Quint, 25, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; and criminal conspiracy, dismissed.
Scott Ryan Allen, 31, Littleton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and six months in jail.
Philip C. Sennett, 36, Houlton: probation violation, 16 months in prison, probation revoked; domestic violence assault, priors, four years in prison, all but 16 months suspended, and two years’ probation.
Timothy S. Slaton, 49, Smyrna: aggravated criminal trespass, 39 days in jail; criminal trespass, seven days in jail; burglary and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed (each).
Timothy R. Spooner, 22, Hodgdon: OUI, filed with $100 costs.
Stephen J. Tucker II, 38, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Daniel T. Vose, 31, Houlton: robbery, dismissed.
Darrell P. Williams, 60, Monticello: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
