HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
Ricky Acott, 53, Linneus: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit; dismissed.
Corey A. Alexander, 37, Houlton: terrorizing, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation; terrorizing, six months in jail; and domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail.
Adam L. Bouchard, 27, Hodgdon: possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under 12, two years in prison all but six months suspended, two years’ probation.
Daniel R. Bouchard, 37, New Limerick: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, seven years in prison all but three years suspended, three years’ probation, and $240 restitution, (first); $400 fine, four years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $240 restitution (second).
Amelia Campbell, 31, Pittsfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first) and $500 fine and $120 restitution (second).
Cherie L. Campbell, 39, Fredericton, New Brunswick: theft by unauthorized taking, filed on $500 costs.
Beau D. Cornish, 35, Augusta: cultivating marijuana, $500 fine and 60 days in jail.
Jocelyn Renee Devoe, 30, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Julie Duff, 44, Houlton: theft by misapplication of property; dismissed.
John T. Eastman, 57, Houlton: harassment; dismissed.
Alan M. Gillotti, Jr., 29, Linneus: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, four years in prison all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $240 restitution (first); and dismissed (second).
Tonya L. Hardy, 34, Washburn: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs; dismissed.
Justin P. Little, 28, Houlton: recklessly endangering welfare of dependent person (two counts), seven days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); assault (two counts), dismissed (first) and $600 fine, seven days in jail (second).
Carly M. Milliard, 30, Portage: operating under the influence, no test/priors, $1,400 fine, three years in prison all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, and six-year license/registration suspension; operating without a license, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, and trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed (all).
Michael J. Nickerson, 26, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
David Allen Pierce, 41, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 48 hours in jail.
James F. Quint, 65, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.
Jennifer J. Savoy, 32, Houlton: two counts unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
Michael J. Schools, 36, Houlton: domestic violence threatening, dismissed; and two counts violating condition of release, 22 days in jail (each).
Secret D. Skinner, 39, Oakfield: probation violation, 26 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Stephanie R. Stamper, 33, Houlton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ervin D. Suitter, 64, Houlton: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, dismissed.
Robert A. Van Houten, 34, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months, one day in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and failing to report, nine months and one day in prison.
Lucas E. Wiley, 33, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (each); and violating condition of release; dismissed.
