Halloween Fun Party
The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor its annual Halloween Fun Party on Saturday, Oct 24, 2015 from 1-3 p.m. at the Houlton Rec Center. Preschoolers through Grade 5 are invited to dress up in their Halloween costumes and participate in this fun event. Cost for the party is $5 per child and parents must accompany their child to the party.

Youth Dance
The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor a Youth Dance for Grades 6 through 8 on Friday, Oct. 23, from 7-10 p.m. Music will be by Jacob Ball DJ Service. Cost for the dance is $5 per student. The rule of “once you are in, you must stay in” will be enforced. For more information, call the Houlton Recreation Department at 532-1310.
Red Cross Babysitters Course
The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department will hold a Red Cross Babysitters course on Saturday, Nov. 7. Youth ages 11-15 are invited to participate. The course will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and be held at the Gentle Memorial Building. The cost for the course is $50. Registrations are required. Call 532-1310 by Monday, Oct. 26.
