HOULTON, Maine — Voters who do not want to stand in line Nov. 3, 2015 to cast their ballots for town council and school board candidates have until 6 p.m. Thursday to fill out absentee ballots, according to Cathy O’Leary, town clerk.
Up until that time, residents can call the town office and request the ballot to be mailed or they may stop into the town office and cast their ballot.
The polls will be open on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at the Gentle Memorial Building, 128 Main St. from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Residents can continue to register at the town office and at the polls on Nov. 3, providing they bring identification and proof of residency.
