HOULTON — The following cases were heard at Houton Superior at the Aroostook County Courthouse during the month of October.
Vladimir Alphonse, 34, Windham: failing to report, two months in prison.
Zachery W. Austin, 28, Merrill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Eliza J. Berberian, 28, Sherman: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 18 months in prison all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation, $120.00 restitution; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
Crystal M. Cameron, 29, Oakfield: criminal conspiracy, 180 days in jail all but 14 days suspended, one year probation; criminal conspiracy.
Douglas A. Morin, 31, Oakfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
James Nye, 46, Island Falls: operating ATV under influence over 21, $400 fine.
Jennifer J. Savoy, 32, Houlton: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation revoked.
Stephanie R. Stamper, 33, Houlton: probation violation, 364 days in prison, probation revoked.
