LAUDED — Elishia Dodge, left, rehab manager at Mountain Heights and Gardiner Health Care Facility, was recognized as the “Department Head of the Year” at the North Country Associates Annual Management Retreat.
Dodge has been the rehab manager at Mountain Heights and Gardiner Health Care Facility for about 1.5 years. During this time she has developed positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. She has an outstanding work ethic and is very dedicated to her residents – ensuring that they receive the highest quality of therapy possible. Her strong communication and organizational skills lend nicely to her balance between the two facilities. She is a team player and the staff enjoy working with her.
