HOULTON — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of October.

 

Terry G. Anderson, 63, Oakfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and seven months in jail.

Amy L. Archer, 31, Houlton: hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $500 fine.

 

Kerron L. Armstrong, 23, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, filed on $100 costs.

 

James A. Barresi, 77, Castle Hill: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, dismissed.

 

Liam J. Bolintiam, 20, Presque Isle: operating after license suspension, filed on $100 costs.

 

Glendon E. Braley, 24, Dayton: rule violating, operation without duty record, filed on $300 costs.

 

Joyce M. Brewer, 50, Linneus: assault, $300 fine.

 

Brady Bridges, 45, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and violating condition of release, $200 fine, two days in jail.

 

Gunnar A. Briggs, 18, Orient: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, dismissed.

 

Fawn Burnette, 55, Houlton: theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, filed without costs.

 

Taylor Byrd, 22, Mapleton: fugitive from justice, extradition waived.

 

Dillon D. Carmichael, 17, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50-hour community service.

 

Ronald Desjardins, 54, Monticello: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.

 

Adam J. Dionne, 28, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $200 costs.

 

Philip J. Faraci, 22, Camarillo, Calif.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

 

Joseph H. Folsom, 55, Houlton: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

 

Foss & Son, Inc., Weston: rule violations, compliance review, filed on $200 costs.

 

Michael A. Ganote, 24, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, $61.98 restitution and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

 

Mary F. Genesse, 69, Newbridge, New Brunswick: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

 

Lucas B. Gillis, 25, Danforth: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, dismissed.

 

Jeremy A. Glidden, 44, Patten: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.

 

William Harmon, 25, Brooks: illegal placing of bear bait, $100 fine.

Billie Jo R. McGraw, 46, Patten: attaching false plates, $150 fine and failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

 

Michael John Pilotte, 39, Princeton: unlicensed tattoo artist, $500 fine and tattooing a minor, $500 fine.

 

Holly M. Quint, 34, Houlton: burning without permit, $100 fine.

 

Matthew E. Ramsey, 38, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.

 

Sharman L. Rand, 45, Ludlow: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.

 

Richard W. Rule, 67, Pitman, N.J.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.

 

Jennifer J. Savoy, 32, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), dismissed (first, third), $400 fine, 12 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, $120 restitution (second) and violating condition of release, dismissed.

 

Heather A. Sewell, 46, Houlton: assault, $300 fine and 96 days in jail.

 

Wayne Shaw, 38, Littleton: failing to produce permit, $50 fine.

 

Secret D. Skinner, 39, Oakfield: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150 days license suspension and failing to produce vehicle or return it to scene, $200 fine.

 

James Skirvin, 41, Dyer Brook: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50-hour community service.

 

Dustin Smith, 22, Houlton: violating condition of release, dismissed.

 

Jared L. Smith, 19, Linneus: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

 

Stephanie R. Stamper, 33, Houlton: criminal conspiracy, one year in prison, $2,224.86 restitution and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

 

Larry E. Stapp, 71, Newburg: rule violating, operation after disqualified, $250 fine.

 

Rita Sturtevant, 52, Amity: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

 

Tracey L. Thibeault, 53, Smyrna, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 24 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

 

Michael K. Tomer, 24, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

 

Derek J. Vose, 21, Houlton: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license suspension, registration suspension and operating vehicle without license-cond/restriction, dismissed.

 

Jaime M. Wierzbowski, 39, Monson, Mass.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

 

Richard Williams Jr., 51, Oakfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $5.49 restitution.
