PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Members of the University of Maine at Presque Isle women’s and men’s soccer teams, the women’s and men’s cross country teams and the volleyball team received post-season recognition recently.
Women’s soccer awards were announced recently for both the USCAA and the Association of Division III Independents. UMPI had five student-athletes honored by the USCAA and four student-athletes honored by the AD3I.
Mikaelah Tracy, a junior from Houlton, was selected as a defender on the AD3I All-Independent Second Team. She scored five goals and had one assist in 15 games this season.
